1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of myr333.app, the myr333 mobile app, and all related services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Myr333 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2User Eligibility

To use the myr333 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• A citizen or resident eligible to access online entertainment services under the laws applicable in your area of residence.
• Not declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings under any jurisdiction.
• Never previously had an account closed or banned by myr333 due to a terms violation.
• Registering under your own name, not as a representative or agent of another party.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical method to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent legitimate regional restrictions.

Myr333 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to meet the eligibility requirements will be terminated and any related balance may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

3Account Registration & Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at myr333. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation that may result in the immediate termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid email address.
• Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. myr333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• Notifying myr333 immediately in the event of unauthorized access to your account.
• Completing the identity verification (KYC) process when requested, including submitting a valid copy of your identification document.

Myr333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account for identity verification purposes. During the suspension period, withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. This is a standard protective measure to ensure the safety of all users.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at myr333 are processed through officially supported payment methods. Our platform supports local internet banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow QR for the convenience of Malaysian users.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the current deposit page. No daily maximum limit is set for users who have completed KYC verification.
• All deposits are processed instantly upon receipt of transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Myr333 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only payment methods registered under the user's own name may be used. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be approved to the same payment method used during deposit, as an anti-money laundering security measure.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Myr333 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms, and the following conditions apply generally:

6Game Rules & Platform Integrity

All games offered at myr333 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified by accredited third-party testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and fair for all players.

• Users are prohibited from using any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to play games.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt platform functionality is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
• Users must play in real time and may not use any method to delay or slow down gameplay in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Myr333 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained through a technical error or system malfunction. In such cases, myr333 will refund the original bet amount to the user.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the user's screen and the myr333 server records, the server records shall be considered final and binding.

7Prohibited User Conduct

Myr333 users are required to conduct themselves with courtesy and integrity while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or while using the platform.
• Using the platform for any illegal activity including money laundering, fraud, or misappropriation.
• Making threats, harassment, or hate speech directed at myr333 staff or other users.
• Sharing or selling your myr333 account to another party.
• Disclosing confidential information about the platform's security systems or vulnerabilities to external parties without written consent from myr333.
• Using the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment, including commercial operations or wagering on behalf of another party.

8Account Termination and Suspension

You can close your myr333 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active bonuses with unfulfilled requirements remain.

Myr333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Actions deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

If an account is terminated for legitimate reasons and not due to a terms violation, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.

9Liability Limits and Disclaimer

Myr333 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Myr333 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Myr333 assumes no liability for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Users are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges imposed by authorities on winnings earned through the platform.
• Myr333's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from their use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
